At Nexyfit, we are committed to delivering a high-quality fitness experience. As our services involve digital content and scheduled training sessions, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all users.


1. Digital Services & Subscriptions

All purchases of digital programs, virtual coaching, and memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes:

  • Workout programs
  • On-demand or live fitness sessions
  • Meal plans
  • Digital tools and progress tracking
  • Membership packages (monthly, quarterly, or annual)

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or missed sessions.


2. One-on-One or Group Sessions

For live virtual sessions or personal training appointments:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue (such as being unable to access your account or a video not loading properly), please contact us within 48 hours of the issue occurring. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and may offer a session replacement at our discretion.


4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if a mistake was made.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and specific situations—such as verified medical conditions preventing participation—we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
